Downgrading

How to Downgrade Your Account Plan

  1. Log in to your TrendSpider Account
  2. Click on your name on the Top Right Corner to open the User Menu
  3. Select “Account & Settings”
  4. This will open the Account & Settings Window. In this window, click on the Plan tab.
  5. Select a new Plan and click Update Plan below.
  6. Note, if you are Downgrading your plan duration from a long term plan to a shorter term plan, or downgrading the plan itself, the change will go into effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  7. Your change will take effect at the next billing cycle. You will stay on the current plan until your time runs out, then be switched to the new plan going forward.
